Unidentified App message on Mac OS X
Please see https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/open-a-mac-app-from-an-unidentified-developer-mh40616/mac for detail on this issue.
If you receive an “Unidentified App Message”- Right-click (or control-click) on the application choose “Open.” Click the “Open” button at the next dialog warning to launch the app. We are a registered developer with Apple but are not selling through the Apple Store at this time. See Apple Forum for additional explanation.
Installation on Windows 10 Pro edition with Virtual Machine enabled.
This edition has an option called “hypervisor” which is turned on by default and used for sandbox testing of programs. It is not required in normal usage of other programs and will not work with PhiMatrix. To turn hypervisor off, go to Control Panel, click “Programs”, click “Turn Windows features on or off”, make sure the “Hyper-V” checkbox is unchecked and click “OK”. Then restart Windows and install PhiMatrix. If this does not resolve the issue, contact us and we will make a server side revision to your license to resolve this issue.
